Upon arrival, I had to wait over an hour for my room, which was hot and humid initially but eventually cooled down. The suite was spacious and partially renovated. The service was fantastic, with knowledgeable and patient staff at the front desk and valet parking. The location, while undergoing construction, was one of the best along the Riverwalk with well-maintained grounds and clean rooms. The dining experience was decent, though a bit pricey at $50 for breakfast. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor hiccups.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of luxury and disappointment. The rooms were spacious and had a luxurious high-class feel but were unfortunately dirty and had a major leak in the tub/shower. The service was professional and attentive, yet the absence of a vending machine was inconvenient. The location, although nice, came with unexpected construction, parking issues, and extra costs. The dining experience was good but lacked variety and seemed overpriced.
